How do I open a business to sale laptops computer to foreign countries?

1. Why would you sell them to foreign countries? Seem like it would be a lot easier to sell them to YOUR country.
2. the best way is to partner up with someone and purchase whole sale laptops abd send/sell them. u can be a ebay store
