Attention of receiving
When receiving the products from the express company, please check the package is fine by face toface. If the package was broken or the product was broken, please refuse receiving and require taking photos as the evidence. The photos take two parts and separate into two parts. One to customer self for evidence, another to the express company who as the third part. Then when wereceive the photos from the express company who give us the damaged product, we will finger out the case who take the responsibility for the damaged product. We can`t compensation without the third party evidence .
