1, The Operating System is OEM version, not licensed,not original system,not with key number,which can not support updated. But it can be used without any problem.Please install the licensed one by yourself if you like.
2,It is English keyboard, customized layout letters can be engraved on keyboard by laser,or give you stickers free, you can stick it on keyboard by yourself. For “engrave letters” will not be seen clearly on keyboard, only can be seen when you are in bright condiction. If you want to be seen clearly letters, then stickers will be betters.if you need it, please do a remark for the language you need when you make order. We will free to do it for you now.
3, According to Aliexpress policy, it is buyer’s duty to pay import tax and VAT; it is normally declared at USD99-150 to save buyer’s tax, but not sure if it is free.
